GOOD NEWS! Full scholarships are available (normal fee is $680). Participants who receive scholarships MUST attend three Sunday 2-hour workshops in the spring semester.  Please register and mail the deposit ($30, not refundable) to receive the scholarship. The availability of the scholarship is based on the first-come-first-serve policy.  Mainland teachers might watch the Sunday 2-hour videos. Hawai`i must attend the workshops.
